This classic blend of restorative herbs reliably boosts wellness through seasonal changes. A protective botanical herbal tea that clears the system to support, calm and loosen the hold of troublesome symptoms and return us to wholeness.

Directions: Place a heaped teaspoon of the tea into a pot of boiled water and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Add honey if you wish but never milk as it neutralises the beneficial alkalising effect of the tea.
